Don’t spend all your time in the gym. Build muscle and burn fat outside without any equipment, just some running space and this at home workout for strength and conditioning.
The cool thing about body weight exercises is that they can be done anywhere at any time. Who needs weights when you can use your own bodyweight to build muscle and get stronger? It will also help you with functionality and allow you to move your body better throughout the day.
Using bodyweight workouts is also a good way to start working out before making that commitment to the gym that you have been putting off. It will give you a good baseline of strength before moving onto more difficult, free weight exercises.
