This a great calorie burning workout that I like to throw in from time to time when my aim is fat loss. Usually, I will do this workout twice a week changing up the rep schemes every other workout. Workouts should be higher intensity with lower rest periods when your overall goal is burning body fat. Give this muscle building, fat blasting workout a shot.
