Don’t have time to workout? Think again. Frank Fata has a quick full body workout to save time and build muscle.

If you’re using the old excuse “I don’t have any time to workout” I have the solution for you. There’s always time to get a workout in. All you need is 20-30 minutes a day to make it happen. You will perform the following exercises for 60 total reps each. The idea is to pick a moderate weight so you can get close to 60 reps in as few sets as possible. Now, I’m not going to lie, this is hard to do with a challenging weight. So, try to get there with the least amount of sets as possible.
