Attack your quads, chest, and arms with this intense workout from IFBB Pro Austin Current.

This is one of my favorite workouts to get the heat rate up and a killer pump! This is a great hypertrophic and metabolically taxing workout. This should be able to get you in-and-out of the gym in around and hour and fifteen minutes!
