Ask several different buddies at the gym this question: “Should I wear a weight belt?” And you will end up getting many different answers. One answer will be something along the lines of “Hell yes bro! I wear my weight belt for everything, and I mean everything…I don’t even bend over to drink out of the water fountain without my weight belt.” While on the other end of the spectrum you will get this answer “Quit being a wuss and man up,” while your buddy blows chalk in your face.
