Chris Ryan is a former Division 1 track athlete who transformed his body from a skinny runner to one of the top fitness models in the world through his sound strength and conditioning program. He has been avid in athletics since he was five years old and has used this knowledge and expertise to help clients reach their health and fitness goals by tapping into their inner athlete. As a CSCS, Chris believes in sound training methodologies that include a variety of principles trained in interval form such as plyometrics, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting while focusing on the conditioning elements of speed, strength and endurance. His results speak for themselves as Chris has found success in achieving the versatile, healthy, athletic physique that attracts advertisers from around the world.
